The feast of St. Martin

On Nov. 11th is St. Martin's day and all the kids in kindergarden have a special mass they go to and are in the procession with their lanterns they made. Lukas loved it and had been practicing the songs weeks ahead. He was so proud to be a part of things and it was really special to see. Brought tears to my eyes to see him marching up to the church with all the other kids and the priest while singing a song about St. Martin.

The priest gave a really nice "quick" service and obviously loved having the kids there.

Happy (be-lated) 2nd Birthday Maggie!

I feel very guilty that I'm just getting the pictures up and her Birthday was on Oct. 18th.
Everyone had a wonderful time, especially Maggie of course, with all her presents....
She totally enjoyed every minute of being the little princess. Can't believe she's 2 already, time goes by way too fast. ;-)
