Finally I've been able to get a picture up. I've been trying for weeks and nothing has worked.
What a day and what a picture to be able to put on my blog. How lucky am I to have such a amazing and wonderful mom!! She is the most caring, selfless and fun/happy person I know. I hope I can be be such an incredible wife, mother and grandmother as she is. She has been so busy with my dad getting the house fixed up, helping me get things organized at our house, had some not so good news from the doctor and managed to put on the best 4th of July party yesterday for fellow Americans overseas....actually 9 American priests that have become very good friends. She was diagnosed a few weeks ago with macular degeneration and is in the hospital this morning starting the treatment. Her eyesight has gotten worse the past few days and I know it is getting frustrating for her. I know she will be fine and that she will continue to enjoy life to the fullest just as she has in the past.
I hope she will see this and know how much we all love and adore her! ;-)
